From the beginning tied with his banking career and financial sector. Since 2006 he occupied positions directly connected with factoring and attending company clients. He has experience with retail, credit risk as well as with creating products. In recent years he specialised himself in attending products such as factoring, warranties, loans and structured loans. He worked in Pekao Factoring Sp. z.o.o., Polbank EFG, BZ WBK S.A. and BZ WBK Factor Sp. z.o.o., BGŻ S.A. where in recent 7 years he was connected with Alior Bank S.A., where he served as the Director of Trade Finance. He is the graduate of Faculty of Law, at the School of Commerce and Law named after Ryszard Łazarski.

On day-to-day basis, she manages Private Equity
Real Estate Capital Park S.A fund with the portfolio
of over 70 assets. Prior, she was a manager
of a direct marketing company sold to EURO
RSCG (now Havas), the worldwide agency and
to Communication One Group, the then leader
in the outsourcing customer service. She is also
a co-founder of Black Swan Fund, based on the
concept of „women for women” where female
investors co-finance companies managed
by women.

Exchange. Years of experience in various
branches earned him respect of a vast group
